Support during installation and commissioning of your new Process Automation System as well as support during upgrades or outages of your existing installation is available on a Time and Material basis.
Remote support is provided on a retainer basis. The smallest retainer includes 10 hours of support via phone/fax/email/web meeting with access to our FTP server to exchange data as necessary. There is no minimal charge per call or incident, however, the retainer has to be paid in full at the beginning of the service contract. Hours may also be used for on-site support with travel expenses charged additionally. Retainers expire three years after purchase, so there is ample time for you to use this service.
