Inside a Breakthrough Year: Pigler Automation’s 2025 Highlights

TL;DR

2025 was a year of major progress at Pigler Automation. We earned Gold Certified Integrator status with Inductive Automation, promoted our growing engineering team, strengthened partnerships with Siemens, Beckhoff, and Rexel, and expanded our presence into Florida. We settled into our new Denver office, hosted a spring open house, and launched our monthly Innovation in Action newsletter. Together, these milestones position Pigler as a stronger automation integrator heading into 2026.

Through projects, partnerships, and team development, 2025 reinforced our position as an automation integrator that customers can depend on for modernization, SCADA upgrades, and long-term support. Here’s a look at the milestones that defined our year and laid the groundwork for an even stronger 2026.

Rising Capabilities and a Growing Automation Integrator

This year marked significant progress within our engineering organization. The talented group of associate controls engineers who joined us in 2024 has all taken on full Controls Engineer roles—bringing more experience, confidence, and leadership to customer projects. These promotions not only highlight each individual’s skill but also demonstrate the strength of the training culture we have built internally.

Gold Certified with Inductive Automation

One of our proudest achievements: Pigler Automation earned a Gold Certified Integrator status with Inductive Automation. This recognition highlights years of practical Ignition expertise and the strength of our supervisory-layer capabilities. It also enhances our ability to support customers with SCADA modernization, increased data visibility, and long-term system scalability.

A New Office, a Spring Open House, and a Stronger Community

After settling into our new Denver headquarters, we opened our doors this spring for a full-company open house. Customers, partners, and vendors joined us to celebrate, connect with our engineers, and explore the space where we’re building the next decade of innovation. It was a moment that reaffirmed our purpose: building lasting relationships with people and companies that improve the world.

Innovation in Action: Launching Our Monthly Newsletter

To better inform and equip customers, we launched Innovation in Action—our monthly newsletter packed with practical guidance, modernization insights, company news, and lessons from the field. It has become one of our most consistent ways to deliver value beyond projects, and we’re excited to expand it further in 2026.

Strengthening Core Partnerships

2025 was a pivotal year for partnership development.

      • With Siemens, we collaborated closely on modernization messaging, including ET 200SP HA strategies, joint planning conversations, and opportunities to help plants transition from aging ET 200M systems.
      • With Beckhoff, we continued to grow our controls engineering footprint, particularly around modernization and high-performance automation projects.
      • And in Florida, we expanded our presence while working closely with Rexel to support Allen-Bradley systems and help more customers get rapid access to engineering expertise.

Across all partnerships, the theme was the same: deeper alignment, stronger visibility, and more ways to support our customers’ modernization goals.

Expanding Our Geographic Reach

In addition to our Denver headquarters and team members across the U.S., this year marked a meaningful expansion into Florida—extending our ability to respond quickly, build new relationships, and support more plants with both Siemens and Rockwell technologies.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we move into 2026, we’re focused on continuing the same momentum that shaped this year—investing in our people, strengthening our partnerships, and expanding the tools that help plants run safely and reliably. Modernization needs aren’t slowing down, and neither are we.

We’re preparing for the year ahead by deepening our capabilities across Siemens, Ignition, Beckhoff, and Rockwell ecosystems; refining our internal processes so projects stay predictable; and expanding our footprint so customers across the country have access to responsive, knowledgeable support.

Most importantly, we remain committed to being the automation partner our customers can count on—whether that means helping them navigate a complex upgrade, supporting daily operations, or simply being available when unexpected issues come up.

Our team is ready for what’s next, and we’re looking forward to supporting customers through another year of progress, challenges, and opportunities to strengthen the systems they rely on every day.
